About Me

I’m Rob, a personal trainer at Gymbox with over 10 years of experience in bodybuilding.

I believe in making training enjoyable, something you actually look forward to. Sustainable fitness, without having to eat chicken and broccoli every day.

Whether your aim is to get stronger, leaner, or be able to carry your groceries in one trip, I’m here to help you achieve your goals and still live your life (yes, that includes pizza and a pint).

I find it particularly important to focus on the areas of your body that require extra attention. Muscular imbalances caused by a sedentary lifestyle can cause a lot of discomfort in the long run, often leading to poor posture and reduced mobility. With intentional training, we can get you moving freely by correcting and preventing these imbalances, and have you feeling lighter and more confident in everyday life.

Outside the gym, I’m massively into bouldering, so if you climb (or want to start), I can provide training that supports your climbing goals, from grip strength and muscular balance to injury prevention.
