What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session.

Are you a certified personal trainer?

Yes, I hold a Level 3 Personal Training certification endorsed by CIMSPA & trained in First Aid through St John Ambulance.

Can you help with nutrition and meal plans?

Yes. I provide nutrition guidance aligned with your goals. For detailed meal plans, I may refer you to a certified dietitian.

What should I expect from a consultation?

The consultation includes a fitness assessment, goal-setting, and a short workout covering fundamental movements. It helps me tailor a plan specific to goals.

How do I book a session?

Do I need a gym membership to train with you?

A valid membership is required to train with me at. However, day passes are available for £15 at Gymbox and £6 at London Climbing Centres. Get in touch with me for the details!

What app do you use for tracking progress?

Your training plans and progression can be tracked through TrueCoach. The app is free to use for you. To target muscular imbalances, I use Remaker to analyse strength curves.

What are your payment methods?

Payments are taken prior to sessions via direct bank transfer. Payment details will be provided upon booking.
