Engaged Coaching

Every session is one-to-one and face‑to‑face. Building strong, personal relationships with the people I work with is at the heart of what I do. Presence and real-time feedback are my highest priority. Therefore, I do not offer online coaching.

My PT services are centered around 4 key pillars.

Your training programs are designed for you. My focus is always on the areas of your body that require extra attention. Together, we can tackle muscular imbalances and work towards your goals from a strong foundation.

Fitness should be a part of your life, not control it. I take a long-term approach to training - no unsustainable restrictions. Instead, we focus on building habits that fit your lifestyle, training in a way that’s consistent, realistic, and enjoyable.

Outside the gym, I engage in many other sports. Inspired by my background in cycling, bouldering, hiking, and boxing, I bring a practical, movement-first structured approach that supports both athletic and everyday performance.

All PT packages include free training programs. I use TrueCoach to deliver your entire training experience, which includes everything you need to stay on track outside of our sessions.

It allows you to log your workouts and track your results. Every exercise comes with clear instructions and video demos, so you’ll always know exactly what to do, how to do it, and why it matters.

I’ll be keeping an eye too, adjusting and updating your plan as you improve.

You’ll also be able to check in with me directly through the app using the built-in messaging. Whether it’s questions, feedback, or just a bit of accountability.

As a personal trainer, I am not qualified to write meal plans. However, I offer nutritional guidance that helps you make smarter choices without overcomplicating things.

A monthly diet check-in, as well as ad-hoc guidance, are included in all PT packages.

We’ll focus on the basics that are guaranteed to drive results: understanding your calorie needs, fueling your training properly, and building eating habits that support your goals without draining your willpower.

Small changes in your diet can lead to big improvements in your energy, recovery, and body composition. Expect practical advice, not rigid rules. Being healthy and fit doesn't mean you have to give up alcohol (if you drink), or stop eating out with friends. Eating should be enjoyable, and never come with guilt.

It's all about long-term change, sustainable fitness. I am extremely passionate about cooking, so expect great recipes coming your way!
